Introductory course - Diagnostics with EPIQR+ and energy analysis
Diagnosis of the state of deterioration and energy obsolescence of buildings.
This one-day course is aimed at building technicians, architects and engineers who need to establish, understand or use a diagnosis of the physical and energy condition of a building with a view to renovation.
Content and objectives:
- Discover the new functions and get to grips with the new EPIQR+ method
- Learn how to assess and understand all the costs of renovation to control a credible budget in phase 2 SIA, diagnostic phase
- Determining the right level of diagnosis to be relevant and effective.
- Combine the diagnosis of the built substance with EPIQR+ and a summary energy diagnosis (Energy-check), energy balance, CECB+, to optimise a feasible, legal and economic renovation scenario.
- Integrate the additional EPIQR+ costs for improvements to habitability (balconies, fittings), very high energy standards (abandonment of fossil fuels, recovery, renewable energies, home automation), climatic resilience (external fittings, summer comfort), compliance with safety standards (EI30 compartmentalisation, smoke extraction, SIA 358 personal safety).
