Energy label: a bureaucratic ordeal or a decision-making aid?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

It's true that without government incentives or regulatory obligations, few homeowners would have taken the initiative to call in an expert to carry out a study to calculate an energy label. More than 90 % of these reports, whether printed on 80 pages or in the form of PDF files, often end up relegated to a filing cabinet, whether physical or virtual.     EPIQR+ is designed to be used by an energy expert who does not have full knowledge of the building.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

    EPIQR+ offers a structured, explicit and transparent approach to costs. Thanks to its pedagogical nature, an expert relatively familiar with buildings can carry out a satisfactory initial assessment of the building, model the work and calculate a credible budget, covering all the work required, including interior fittings and installations over and above simple heat production and ventilation.<\/p>

    Billing the owner for an extra 2 to 4 days does not represent an additional cost for the energy expert; on the contrary, it's a saving for the owner, who gets answers to his questions without having to call in another expert.     The level of competence required of an energy expert is, in principle, sufficient to carry out a summary analysis of the entire building, including its constructive and technical elements, with just one day's training. What's more, with the CO2 module, the expert can calculate the indirect emissions of the work and check the different renovation scenarios, comparing the total budget for the work and the CO2 emissions.<\/p>

    An intuitive, transparent method, a real toolbox and a price catalogue.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

    The software platform makes it easy to carry out an intuitive assessment, enabling the expert to understand and document the condition of all the structural and technical elements. The ability to estimate the cost of work that goes beyond simple refurbishment, such as switching away from fossil fuels, installing new heating control technologies or setting up energy self-consumption systems, opens up a wide range of proposals for optimising renovation recommendations. This gives the expert a genuine catalogue of reliable prices for energy optimisation measures.<\/p>
