Low-carbon renovation strategies are essential if property management is to meet climate objectives. Currently, the rental stock emits around 30 kg of CO2 per m2<\/sup> for heating and domestic hot water. We cannot allow indirect emissions from the works to exceed 5 kg, even if this saves 15 to 20 kg of direct emissions from operations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After an introductory course, owners will learn how to use EPIQR+ online to implement a property strategy. Experts will already be able to carry out their first assignment independently. When visiting a building to carry out an CECB+, you only need an extra hour to analyse the physical condition of the entire building. The EPIQR+ data needed to calculate renovation costs is already assessed as part of the CECB+. This is an opportunity for owners to obtain a complete diagnosis of their property, and for experts to broaden their range of services for optimising and costing a renovation budget.<\/p>
