3. EPIQR+ training courses autumn 2024

The new version of the EPIQR+ tool has been available online for a year now. This tool is designed to facilitate building renovation diagnostics and calculate the associated costs, integrating energy aspects and indirect CO2 emissions.

An introductory course on the method will be held at Lausanne, 11 March 2025. This course will combine aspects of diagnosis with EPIQR+ as well as an energy analysis. The morning introductory session will enable participants to use all the functions of the method independently, while the afternoon course will enable them to interpret a CEBS+ and calculate the overall renovation budget for each scenario.

In addition to the introductory course on EPIQR+On 20 March 2025, two advanced courses will be offered:

  1. Course on low-carbon renovation with EPIQR+CO2 This course focuses on using the EPIQR+CO2 tool to integrate carbon footprint considerations into renovation projects. It enables participants to better assess and reduce CO2 emissions when planning renovations.

  2. Course on the Investimmo method This method is dedicated to evaluating property investments from a sustainable and energy perspective. The course helps you to master the techniques for evaluating costs and benefits as part of a property strategy that incorporates the requirements of a climate plan for a portfolio.
